The base
material used by Kelan in all of the
printed circuits manufactured
is glass fibre with epoxy resin (FR4),
with copper laminates of 17,
35 and 70 micrometres. Other materials
may be used if requested.
These standard circuits are finished
in 63/37selective tin/lead,
with a photosensitive mask and printing of components.
Graphite contacts may be used for
keys, peelable ink
and golden finishes for connectors.
The degree of complexity of a printed circuit
depends fundamentally on the number of layers,
,minimum drilling diameter,
the slot width and the seperation
between slots.
| |
Minimum drilling diameter |
Minimum corona for external layers |
Minimum corona for internal signal layers |
Minimum insulation for internal earth layers |
Minimum gap between the mask and pad |
Minimum conductor width |
Minimum space between conductors |

SMD component insertion equipment.
METALIZED DUAL FACE
In FR4 with varying thicknesses of: 0.5;
0.8; 1.0; 1.2; 1.6; 2.0; 2.4 and 3.2 mm. The standard thickness is
1.6 mm.
MULTI-LAYERED
Up to 8 FR4 layers of thicknesses varying from
